1	Anthon high-performance feeding systems are a combination of vacuum and nip-roll feeding systems. Thin panels are pushed through nip-rolls, as small books, into the book forming station with a push-feeder. Top and Bottom protection boards are transported by the vacuum feeder onto the production board storage plaes and coated panels are transported into the book forming station.
2	Anthon high performance saw plants are designed as single plant consisting of rip and cross cut saw with a cut height of 210 mm. For increased performance the saw plant can be built with turn-table for the rip cut saw and double positioning feeder in the cross cut saws, without fixed cross cut.
3	The destacking line allows fully automatic sorting and destacking of cut-to-size parts. Handling of protection boards is performed from a shelf-system which is placed in front of the saw.
4	The strapping line connected to the destacking system consists of a stack turning station, an automatic rip and cross strapping station including bolster manufacturing machine with automatic feeding to the strapping line and an edge protection device. Packing labels with the required information are printed out directly at the strapping line.
