 The
Becker profile wrapper coats profiled substrates of
all types, including wood, MDF, particle-board, PVC,
PP or foamed sections. Pressure and guide rollers are
horizontally and vertically adjustable to fit any contour
for perfect profile wrapping every time. With the ability
to wrap everything from decorative paper, thin laminates,
PVC foil, to sanded genuine wood veneer on reels, or
any other strip material, Becker and European Woodworking
Machinery have you covered.
Surface brushes ensure all sides are dust free, for
a product that shines. Slotted glue nozzles guarantee
trouble-free, continuous application of EVA, polyolefin
or PUR hot melt adhesives. An automatic infeed hopper
eliminates the need for labor at the infeed. Combining
optional trimming and shaping units with an automatic
stacking unit at the outfeed expands your capabilities
but not your workforce. Wrapping profiles has never
been this flexible and efficient.
