The Multifoiler BTF is designed for membraneless application
of PVC, PP and PET foils to MDF and fine core boards.
For the lamination of veneer the press systems are equipped

An upgrade to the Multifoiler BTF Circulation equipped
with the automatic panel support system "Multi-Pin"
will eliminate supporting panels to save you time, labor,
and material costs.
The ideal
high production panel or door hydraulic press line consists
of the following: automatic panel saw; CNC router for
profiling; multi-brush/cross-brush machine; automatic
glue spreader or spray machine; and Multifoiler BTF
Circulation. When the laminating press cycle is complete
you have the option of flipping over the laminated materials
with a whole load panel turner, and cutting the excess
foil with a multi-trimmer. The multi-cleaner completes
the process leaving you with an impeccable finished
product.
