The stain wiping machine
is specially designed to evenly spread the staining
products on a workpiece surfce and well into the grain.
The machine immediately follows the roller coater which
applies the staining product. It can be fitted with
two to four brushes.
In order to facilitat the spreading or "wiping"
of the stain and according to the type of wood specie
the brushes can be angled in a particular way and their
trimming can be chosen among a variety of materials
such as nylon, Sisal, horse hair, hog tail hair, cloth,
wire and more..
The brushes are fitted with reverse direction switches
and stepless adjustable rotation speed.
Options include: motor driven height adjustment of
the brush rollers; vacuum transport system with exhaustor;and
smoothing units for brushing and polishing of oils or
waxes.
Also available: Cleaning machine RMB for the efficient
cleaning of the brushes.
