The new Burkle Roller Coating Machine SLC is the result
of practical experience and meets the requirements of
the roller coating technique of tomorrow.
In many applications, including coating small pore
material such as beech or any other close-pore finish,
the new Burkle Type SAS machine eleminates the need
and expense of buying separate equipment because of
its capability to fuction as a filling machine as well
as does all the functions of an SLC. Because this machine
applies such a smooth, even layer of material the result
is more easily sanded than a layer applied by tradidional
filling machines.
If a high gloss finish is required, the versatile SAS
machine can be fitted with Burkle's exclusive Opti-roller
for a single thick topcoat application. And alternatively,
for flat finishes, the SAS Roller Coater can easily
be fitted with a smooth application roll, which beautifully
applies less material.
For regular substrates requiring ordinary sealer and
topcoat application, the SAS can be fitted with a variety
of application rolls for flawless, smooth application
of thin to thick layers plus a thin topcoat.

Buerkles Twin Roller Coater SAS is used as a standard
roller coater as well as "filler applicator"
with reversing smoothing roller for high viscocity materials
for the filling of veneer joints or splits in veneer.
Working width 16" up to 63".

Compact Lacquering Line KA: a basic mini finishing line
which incorporates varnish application head and drying
oven in one self-contained machine.
The
application head is a roller coater and the drying oven
is a UV curing unit.
The advantage of this machine is in a more economic
cost compared to stand-alone application and drying
